Scott L. Feuer, a partner in the firm's Real Estate practice group, has extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions, commercial leasing and secured financing, and has represented investors, developers, landlords, tenants, businesses, public authorities, institutional and private lenders and individuals in various transactions including the acquisition and disposition of office buildings, shopping centers and industrial properties, drafting and negotiation of leases for office, retail and industrial space, and real estate financings, including conventional, conduit and construction loans.  In addition, Mr. Feuer works closely with the firm's Corporate practice group to provide real estate expertise in corporate sales, acquisitions and mergers.  

Mr. Feuer is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey, and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.  He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and its Real Property Law Section and the Suffolk County Bar Association.

Mr. Feuer is a graduate of The State University of New York at Binghamton (B.A. with honors, 1990), and Brooklyn Law School (J.D., 1993) where he was a member of the Brooklyn Law Review.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Feuer was associated with a prominent New York City law firm.  

Mr. Feuer is actively involved as a volunteer with the Make-a-Wish Foundation, a national organization dedicated to granting wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions.
