Giuseppe Franzella

Giuseppe Franzella is an associate in the firm’s Litigation practice group. Mr. Franzella is involved in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, appeals and trials. He has experience in federal and state court practice, handling commercial and contract disputes. Mr. Franzella is admitted to practice in the States of New York and Florida and in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the Southern District of Florida. He is a graduate of Villanova University (B.A., 2003) and Fordham University School of Law (J.D., 2006), where he was a member of Moot Court as well as a member of the executive board of the Domestic Violence Awareness Center. Mr. Franzella is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York County Lawyer’s Association.

Mr. Franzella is the co-author of an article entitled "Broad Scope May Trigger Catastrophe for the Unwary" which was published in the New York Law Journal on May 12, 2010, as well as an article entitled "Aggressive Defense is Now an Option in Foreclosure Actions" which was published in the New York Law Journal on February 28, 2011.
